How Does it Work?

A 4 week virtual group coaching program designed to equip and empower ambitious new mothers to build post-baby careers that they enjoy whilst raising a family.

Through audio trainings, video trainings, downloadable worksheets and a private facebook group exclusive for group members, I will share the same step-by-step systems that I used to create a career that I love whilst raising my two young babies.

You only need to dedicate 20 mins per day to go from feeling overwhelmed and undecided to having a concrete action plan for making an impact in your career beyond motherhood.

By the end of the course you will feel confident about your career prospects and equipped to juggle all aspects of being a working mum.

Hi, I’m Janine Esbrand. I am a career coach, lawyer and mother of two young children.

I was excited to embark on my motherhood journey three years ago. Maternity leave was fantastic. I loved spending time with my little man and teaching him new things about the world.

Then the time came to contemplate my return to work as a corporate lawyer and things seemed to get complicated.

I wasn’t sure how to navigate my post-baby career. I wanted to continue in the career I had worked so hard to build over the previous 10 years but I also wanted to see all of my son’s milestones. I now have a portfolio career where I run my coaching business and practice law. I am also mummy to two gorgeous babies (ages 2.5 and 8 months).

I started my business because I wanted to support women during this transition period. I wanted to offer the support that I wish I had. I have worked with women 1:1, delivered workshops, webinars and courses. I also host a podcast and a weekly facebook live show where I share tips on developing careers beyond motherhood.

Yes! It is possible to build a career you LOVE whilst raising a family.

When will the course start?
The course will start as soon as you enrol.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the course?
I recommend that you dedicate approximately 20 minutes a day to go through the lessons and corresponding exercises. You will also benefit from attending the live Q & A Sessions and spending time in the private facebook group connecting with your fellow Smooth Returners.
When can I access the course materials?
You will be granted ongoing access to the course materials.
Will I have access to the course materials after the course is complete?
Absolutely. You can re-visit them whenever you choose. Your log-in details provide you with ongoing access to the course.
If I get pregnant can I still take the course?
It is never too early to prepare for your return to work. You can take this course before you get pregnant, during your pregnancy or during maternity leave.
I have already returned to work, will this course still be relevant to me?
Yes. Whilst the course is designed to help you plan your return to work, the course materials will be just as helpful for you if you have already returned and are finding the transition difficult.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes! If you complete the first two modules of the course and feel that it is not for you, I will give you a full refund.
